At South Texas Collectibles & Memorabilia, we take pride in offering authentic, accurately described, and display-ready memorabilia.

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchases made by the buyer

Eligible Returns (Exceptions Only)

We will accept a return only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item received
  • Item significantly not as described

If either of these situations occurs, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Important Notes

  • Items are thoroughly inspected, described, and photographed to ensure transparency.
  • Authentication details (JSA, PSA, Beckett, etc.) are disclosed in listings.
  • Any visible flaws, frame condition, or imperfections are noted in the description and reflected in pricing.

Resolution Process

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition received
  • A refund will be issued after inspection
